Delete your Vibrantly account

You can permanently delete your Vibrantly account and personal data at any time. Here's how.

How to delete your account

1. In the Vibrantly app or websiteGo to Settings → Privacy → Delete account and confirm.
2. Confirm by emailWe send a confirmation email to the address on your account. The confirmation link is valid for 24 hours.
3. 7-day grace periodOnce confirmed, deletion is scheduled 7 days out. You can cancel any time during those 7 days — from Settings or via the cancellation link in the email. After that, deletion runs automatically and is irreversible.
Or request deletion by emailEmail support@vibrantly.com from the address on your account and we'll process your request.

Your profile and account details
Your health data, lab report files, and biomarker results
Meal photos, food logs, goals, and activity history
Conversations, chat images, and insights stored by Vibrantly
Wellness and wearable metrics, and device push tokens
A subscription bought on our website is cancelled. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is not — cancel it in your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings, or you will keep being charged

A limited set of records is retained after deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy:

Companion memories, your companion persona, and AI conversation threads held in our shared AI memory service are not removed by the account purge today. You can delete individual memories and conversations in the app before deleting your account, or email us to request their removal. Full memory-layer deletion is being built.
De-identified AI usage records (unlinked from your account)
Billing and payment records, kept for accounting, tax, and fraud prevention
Promotional code redemption records, including your email address
A minimal deletion audit record, with your email address cleared
Residual copies in backups and logs for a limited period
Records we are required to keep by law
